At Thangka Silk Heritage, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Each piece is handled with care, and we ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned damaged product

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only in the following case:

• You have received a damaged or defective product.

❗Please note: No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or color preferences.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a claim for damage or defect, it is mandatory to record a complete unboxing video — starting from the moment the parcel is opened — clearly showing the issue with the product.

Without this video proof, we will not be able to accept any claims for damage.

🔁 Exchange Process

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp or email.

2. Share the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.

3. Upon verification, we will offer:

   • A replacement of the same product, or

   • An exchange of equal value (based on stock availability).

4. The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

💰 Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

• In eligible cases, exchanges or replacements will be processed.

📦 Return Shipping

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged during transit.
